1) Click ‘File’ at the menu bar, and select ‘Create Backup’ from the drop down list

 


The ‘Create Backup’ window appear below




Click ‘Options’ below the window in order to change the current settings and also choose where the backup will be created (i.e. where the Company file will be saved) 

2) After clicking ‘Options’, the ‘Backup Options’ window appear below

 


Click ‘Browse’ at the top of the window in order to choose where the backup file will be saved. 

The ’Browse for Folder’ window below appear.  




Choose where the backup will be created from the list. Here, MCAL 1 is selected as where the backup will be created and automatically it appears in the box at the top of the window.  

 


Click ‘OK’ when done. 
Click ‘Next’ at the bottom of the ‘Create Backup’ window in order to continue


3) The window below appears. 

 

A: To save the backup immediately
B: To save it immediately and schedule for future backups  

C: To schedule it for future backups 
Here, ‘Save it now’ is selected. 
Click ‘Next’ at the bottom of the window after selecting from the options.

4) The window below appears.

Click ‘Save’ at the bottom of the window in order to create the backup.
