QuickBooks Accounting Software makes the user’s work very easy by creating an avenue on how to add or edit multiple entries (entries like suppliers list, stock part list, service item list, etc.) in QuickBooks.

The following steps explain how you can add and edit the list in QuickBooks.
1) Click ‘List’ at the menu bar and select ‘Add/Edit Multiple List Entries’ 




2) The ‘Add/Edit Multiple List Entries’ window below appears
Click the drop down arrow at the ‘List’ tab in order to select where the entries will be made.
Here, ‘Service Items’ is selected.  


3) The Add/Edit Multiple List Entries window. 


A: Fill in the box at the ‘Item Name’ tab with the service item name

B: Fill in the selling price of the item

C: Click the drop down arrow in order to select the income account for the item. Here, ‘Sales- Income’ account is selected 



D: Click the drop down arrow and select from the list whether tax is to be charge on the item or not.

E: Click the ‘Customize Column’ box and customize the column to your on interest. 


F: Repeat steps A-D to add/edit entries

G: Click ‘Save Changes’ below the window after filling in the necessary information.
