To create Sales Rep for a supplier, follow the steps below
1) Setup the supplier from the ‘Supplier Centre’ 
Learn how to setup ‘Supplier’ by checking my previous posts

2) Click ‘List’ at the menu bar and select ‘Customer & Supplier Profile Lists’ from the drop down list, another drop down list appears after clicking ‘Customer & Supplier Profile Lists’. Click ‘Sales Rep List’




3) The ‘Sales Rep’ window below appears. 



4) Click ‘Sales Rep’ at the bottom of the window and select ‘New’ from the drop down list. 



5) The ‘New Sales Rep’ window below appears. 



A: Select the supplier from the drop down list

B & C: QuickBooks automatically fill in the boxes with the suppliers other names
Click NEXT to create another sales rep OR click OK after filling in the necessary information.
