To setup customers, follow the steps below.
1)  Click ‘Customer at the “Icon Bar”, or “Customer” at the “Menu Bar”. The window below appears. You can also find “Customer” in the home page



2) The window below appear next. To create a New Customer, select “New Customer & Job” and click “New Customer”.  





3)  The below window appear next. This window consists of 5 tabs to complete a customer’s information. They are:    i.     Address Info
ii.    Payment settings
iii.   VAT Settings
iv.   Additional Info
v.    Job Info
When the main window open, the Address Info opens. To move to the next window, you click the next one. For example, to move to the Payment settings, you click on it.


4)  The 'Address Info' window.

Fill in customer’s details like, the name of the company, the customer’s full name, job title, phone num, address, Etc.

Click the ‘Payment Settings’ at the left side of the window to open another window for the customer’s information.


5) The Payment Settings Window. The customer’s payment details will be filled in this window. 

      a)  Account No: Fill in the customer’s bank account number in the box
      b) Payment Terms: The terms by which you want the payment to be made will be set here
      c)  Preferred Delivery Method: Choose the delivery method you want from the drop down arrow
      d) Preferred Payment Method: Choose the preferred payment method you want from the drop down arrow. Either by cheque, transfer, cash etc.
      e) Credit Limit: The minimum level/amount the customer can reach in order to have access to the company’s items/products without payment
      f) Price Level: Set up a particular price of an item to a particular customer. The price will be filled here.
     g) Select ‘VAT Settings’ tab at the left side of the window


     6) The VAT Settings window
     
     a) VAT Code: Fill in the customer's VAT code in the box
     b) Country: The customer’s country
     c) VAT Registration number:  Fill in the customer’s registration number in the box 
     d) Select the ‘Additional Info’ tab at the left side of the window


     7) The additional information tab/window.  


     Click ‘Job Info’ tab at the left side of the window


      8) The Job Info tab/window. Click OK when done. Automatically, the customer created appears at the customer’s list.  



 AFTER FILLING IN THE CUSTOMER’S INFORMATION, CLICK ‘OK’ AT THE BOTTOM OF THE WINDOW 


 9) The window below shows the list of customers already created in the Company’s file.
