How to Convert Lead to Customer in QuickBooks

The following steps helps on how you can convert sales prospects i.e. lead to a customer in QuickBooks

1) From the ‘Lead Centre’ window, right-click the lead you want to convert to customer and select ‘Convert to Customer’ from the drop down list. 

2) An information message window titled ‘Convert Lead’ appears asking if you are sure of converting the lead to customer and also saying you cannot undo the action. 

Click ‘Yes’ to continue

3) Automatically, the lead appears in your Customer Centre.
